How to get a Redhat HA Subscription for Installing & configuring a 2 Node RHEL 7.6 Cluster for the POC(Capability) purpose

I am having the Redhat Subscription for the RHEL 7.6
But I don't have the Redhat HA subscription for Installing & configuring a 2 Node RHEL 7.6 Cluster for the POC(Capability) purpose.

So how to get a Redhat HA Subscription for Installing & configuring a 2 Node RHEL- 7.6 Cluster for the POC(Capability) purpose.
Do I need to purchase the subscription, which will be just for a testing & POC purpose for, may be for 2 to 3 months ?
