can we use redhat enterprise linux 7.7.0 for the commercial use ?

My question is" can we use redhat enterprise linux 7.7.0 for the commercial use ? " and if yes then tell the features of this os as a server we can use.

Another question is " can I install the redhat enterprise Linux 7.7.0 developer edition on the lenovo sr530 which has intel xeon silver processor ,16 gb ram and 2 tb hdd with raid 0,1,10,01,5 ?"
