comparison of 3SCALE vs APIMAN

Hi,

We would like to know if REDHAT will continue to sponsor APIMAN.
Also I would like to compare between APIMAN and 3Scale. What is the cost of 3Scale for example. Are there any relevant documentation that compares 3scale to other equivalent products.
