New hostname update doesn't appear in the RHSM

Hello

How can i update the server's details (after changing server hostname for example) in the https://access.redhat.com/management/systems.

I tried
subscription-manager refresh
but apparently this is not the right command.

So i need to unsubscribe and subscribe again to see the new hostname.

Is there any simple way to do this ?
