ACL failure after directory setup

Latest response

I'm trying to setup ACL for a specific directory but man!! this is getting too complicated, not sure what is going on here.
User 'zeus' is trying to access set_folder in /opt/omari/DCTIXE/, which belongs to 'nari'. Both users have different groups

tower:~ $ cd /opt/omari/DCTIXE/set_folder
-bash: cd: /opt/omari/DCTIXE/set_folder: Permission denied

tower:~ $ ls /opt/omari/DCTIXE/set_folder
ls: cannot access /opt/omari/DCTIXE/set_folder: Permission
denied

I tried almost everything, I get permission denied when zeus try to access /opt/omari/DCTIXE/set_folder
here is my current setup:

----------------- /opt/omari/DCTIXE/set_folder -----------------

tower:DCTIXE> getfacl set_folder
file: set_folder
owner: nari
group: nari
user::rwx
user:zeus:rwx
group::r-x
mask::rwx
other::rwx
default:user::rwx
default:user:zeus:rwx
default:group::r-x
default:mask::rwx
default:other::rwx
