I have troubles setting up keepalive

Hello,

I changed my sshd_config to add thoses directives :
ClientAliveInterval 7000
ClientAliveCountMax 3

Then I restarted all sshd service
I logged out all my conncetions

I logged in.

But I am still forced logged off each 3 minutes

What dit I forgot to do ? Or what I did bad ?
