Problems with Redhat Repositories ([Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found)

Since early this morning I started getting random "[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found" errors when trying to update existing or install new packages on RHEL 7.6.
I did some tests from servers on an intranet and on servers with direct Internet connection (to eliminate potential proxy issues), and I have observed the same issue.
Yum fails to download random packages. Downloading a package may succeed on one server, but downloading the same package on another server would fail with "404".
I've used "rhel-7-server-rpms" repo for testing.
I suspect there is something wrong with Redhat's CDN (*.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com), and yum "success rate" really depends on which CDN node yum connects to...

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
