Disk/drive name on Install keeps changing

Setup: Physical appliance , with 4 Disks in RAID 10 and 2 smaller in RAID 1

ISO: Customized iso with RHEL 7.5 initrd etc , customized kickstart

On booting at install time - the drive names keep changing .
We expect ( we check using list-harddrives)
sda 2286910.0

sdb 30432.4995117

we get
sde 30432.4995117
sdf 2286910.0

or sometimes
sda 2286910.0
sdf 30432.4995117

is there any way to configure so that we always start from sda.
