allow posix ACL operations (setfacl)

hoping that i will find my answer here, so iam looking to figure out how to enable posix ACL operations specially (setfacl), and in the man of mount.cifs i found that it is possible by enabling CIFS_XATTR & CIFS_POSIX ( see the attachement please ) , any one could help ?
