Can't install policycoreutils-python on rhel 8.0 beta

os：rhel 8.0 beta

I want to use the semanage command, and i execute the following command:
sudo yum install python2 policycoreutils-python

Display the following information:
Error:
Problem: package policycoreutils-python-2.5-29.el7.x86_64 requires /usr/bin/python, but none of the providers can be installed
- conflicting requests
- package python-2.7.5-76.el7.x86_64 is excluded
