kickstart files

So, in my quest to find ways to pare down my 5.8 satellite server(as opposed to just throwing disk space at it), I come across these /var/satellite/rhn/kickstart directories.

I have a number of them, starting at ks-rhel-x86_64-server-6-6.0, ending at 7-7.5.
I have never installed a server with these, so afaik, I shouldn't need them?
Is it ok to delete them?
