Video classroom classes down for anyone else?

Are video classroom courses down for anyone else? Getting the Server Error 500 across all VC classes for nearly 4 hours now. Have had the learning subscription now for only 16 days and it's the 3rd time it's happened. The first time it came back within 30 minutes so figured it was just something transient. The second time I lost a day I was planning on studying. Also lost today. Managed to get in once today and got about 90 seconds into the video before it started buffering and then nothing but server error 500's. Extremely frustrating.

Been happening to me about once a week too. I have to keep checking back. Sometimes it comes up right away. Sometimes I wait a couple hours. Course catalog will also show up empty even when I search. I have to refresh the page more than a few times.

It's nice to know it's not just me. How badly does it mess with you? I know for me, I had all of this afternoon and evening set aside and planned out to do some lectures, and that never happened.

it's happening with me all day today and had same issue a week ago, I reserved my openstack exam on Monday ( 8/6) and I need to practice lab, very disappointing...

Me too, It happened last week (same day) as well. but it came back online after few hours. I was thinking it was some kind of scheduled maintenance

I'm having the same problems. Before, a refresh of the webpage fixed it. Now it seems worse. Something must have exploded somewhere.

I am also experiencing the same trouble now. This sucks. I have Ex-403 Satellite Administration exam next week.

Anand - Same here. Mine is scheduled for Wednesday. This is bad. Very bad.

Sigh. Still down for me. Was hoping it would be up this morning.

Catalog wont show for me ; when it does , lab manager page is blank ; videos throw Error 500.

Even I am also facing same issue since this moarning...catalog page is showing empty and when i got the catalog page and try to view videos then getting Server error (500)....can some one from redhat have alook into it asap?

I am experiencing same issue since today's morning - Server Error 500 in course content pages.

I am frustrated X 20. The courses are still down for me.

I opened a sev2 on it last night with support. Unfortunately, this account (and my RHLS) is attached to my personal account and not the corporate or project account so not sure how much attention it will get comparatively. Still listed as "waiting on Red Hat". Feel free to open up new tickets with support too.

I just opened a case with an URGENT SLA. Not sure if this will help, but it might help with visibility.

I hope it got resolved...for me catalog and VC are working fine.

I opened up a sev 2. I need to the study for the exam. I would suggest we all open up a ticket when this issue happens. I attached a screenshot to my ticket.

Go to this link: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/, which is at the top of this page too, named SUPPORT CASES. In the Product drop down, select: Red Hat Online Learning (NOTE: You will need to scroll down through a list in the drop-down menu) Important, in the Product Version drop down, select the largest number (as I type this, it is 1.0, but that may change over time) NOTE: the "Submit" button won't activate until this is selected. In the Case Type drop down, select: Other In the Problem Statement block, enter something concise, the course number, and a small description. In the Case Description block, enter the specifics.

I've opened in internal people team ticket for this. If you just need the lab reading material and not the videos for now then keep refreshing till catalog comes up. The online labs look down as well.
