Touchpad System Settings Greyed Out
I have a Lenovo ideapad 320 with RHEL 7.4. The touchpad is working fine but when I try accessing
KDE System Setting -> Input Devices -> Touchpad, all settings are greyed out. I'm basically trying to enable two finger scrolling. Is some sort of driver required to get the settings enabled ? If yes, from where can I download it ?

Hi Bennet,
Check which drivers are installed : sudo yum list installed | grep xorg-x11-drv-*
Most certainly the terminal output you receive will be : xorg-x11-drv-synaptics.x86_64
Try alternative input drivers by removing the existing synaptics and installing libinput :
sudo yum remove xorg-x11-drv-synapticssudo yum install xorg-x11-drv-libinput
Reboot the operating system afterwards in order to activate the new drivers : sudo reboot

Christian
