How to enable 4.1 Redhat virtualization repositories on Satellite server

Latest response

Hello,
We are doing a RH virtualization manager upgrade, from 4.0 to 4.1, and want to enable the redhat virtualization manager repositories/RPMs on our Satellite server. The repository for RHEV 4.0 is enabled and functioning without issue, but when I go to "Content | Redhat Repositories | Enable Redhat repositories", I don't see 4.1 listed, only 4.0.

How can I add RHEVM 4.1 to the list of repositories?

Btw, the Satellite version is 6.2.10

I don't see a response yet, so I hope you have already found an answer.

I had a similar problem when I upgraded to RHV 4.1. I had to open a ticket with support, they had to make a change and then I had to refresh the manifest.

If refreshing the manifest in Satellite does not work, you may need to open a ticket. If so, I hope your experience with support is better than mine.

Yes, that's what it was. There were some edits that had to be made in a file called "candlepin.db" (hope I got that name correct). Once the server was rebooted, I refreshed the manifest and the RHV repositories showed up, I did a sync, and did my upgrade.
