not sure whats going on!?!?! Never had these problems in the past only in the last week once development restarted have i had issues with the subscriptions....used to happen within seconds...now, sometimes it can take 12-16 hours to come through.

i rebooted the VM, and was able to list repo's. It seems that you now need to reboot the server after subscribing in order to gain repo access...this wasn't the case 6 months ago.

You should not need to reboot. If it happens again please test network access first (for example, interface is up, you can ping an external site based on FQDN).
