How to disable screen saver and screen lock in VDI workstations from a commandline

I manage several VDI workstations running RHEL 7.3 and Gnome that need to change from the default screensaver settings. One is a display server where the screensaver and screenlock should never blank the screen, and the rest need to change from what I gather is a 3 minute timeout, to a 30 minute timeout.

How can this be accomplished?

Just to add - I would need to do this from a command line and would want it to apply to every user on the workstation, not just have each user setting it in their individual user preferences
