Devtoolset-6 for RHEL6 not working properly

Hello,

We installed devtoolset-6 on RHEL-6 system.

But when client tries to run it. They are getting the following error:

I installed the package from :
http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/.498j597yc298y5m298yufc2y45/.4389ru9fj398j4398j/.rhscl/.alpha/.DTS/rhel6/
