it is possible for glusterfs version 3.7.5 supports to raise alarms or events when something goes wrong with glusterfs
Hi all,
The unique GlusterFS storage pool (composed of the 3 Glusterfs nodes on VM) is dynamically created, I want to monitor the operation of the glusterfs at the far end,
that is when something goes wrong or right with the glusterfs, it can raise alrams or events to notify. Is it possible? How can I implement this on version 3.7?

You should be able to do this with the Nagios plugin. You can check out information for RHGS 3.1 in the documentation here: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Storage/3.1/html/Administration_Guide/sect-Monitoring_Red_Hat_Storage_Trusted_Storage_Pool.html
You can also see which version of glusterfs maps to the supported RHGS 3.1 releases here: https://access.redhat.com/articles/2356261
