Where are OSCAP reports uploaded to on satellite for viewing in web UI
We keep getting issues with uploading the OSCAP reports from the capsule to the satellite but we are creating the reports just fine.
I was wondering where these are uploaded to on the satellite so we can at least view them in the web UI or are they cannonicalized further inside foreman from the original XML created with the report is ran on the host?
Just looking for a directory to plop the XML into to see if formatted nicely in satellite web UI.
Thanks,
Brad

Completed OpenSCAP reports should be visible in the Satellite web UI's menu at Hosts > Reports. Are there any reports listed?
Bradley - I don't know just where on the Satellite Server the OpenSCAP XML files are uploaded, but I think it's important to fix the problem you're having. Directly copying XML from the Capsule Server to the Satellite Server could cause other problems, or make the current problem worse.
I suggest you raise a Support Ticket with Red Hat so that the root cause of this problem can be resolved.
This issue is resolved in 6.2 as the content-host and host entry are unified. In 6.1, you can use the process in KCS 2097341 to link your content-host and host entries.
Alternatively, when registering new clients, you can use the bootstrap script which creates the host entries in the correct order.
Bradley,
As noted by Rich Jerrido, the root cause of this issue has been resolved in Satellite 6.2.
As KCS article 2020463 was essentially the same as KCS article 2097341, I have closed the former article. The resolution in KCS article 2097341 remains relevant to all customers running Satellite 6.1 or Satellite 6.0.
