Updating Samba for Badlock

Latest response

I have 3 Redhat 5.x boxes all with Samba installed. After receiving the security flaw e-mail, I went to update samba on my 3 boxes. On the first box, it updated with no issues and now when I run the badlock-test.sh on that box, it is no longer vulnerable. But on my other two boxes, when I do a yum update samba I get the following:
[root@omnib2 mim]# yum update samba
Loaded plugins: product-id, rhnplugin, security, subscription-manager
This system is receiving updates from Red Hat Subscription Management.
This system is not registered with RHN Classic or RHN Satellite.
You can use rhn_register to register.
RHN Satellite or RHN Classic support will be disabled.

When I go to rhn_register, I get that the system is already registered.

Same here, but for RHEL 6 and 7. The updates are available if you use RHN Classic, but not if you use subscription manager. They need to fix this quickly.

Anyone landing here, for more info, please see this RH solution https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2260591. Additionally, see paragraph 20.1.6.2 of this RH documentation

I just tried doing the yum update samba again, and it is now working. I was able to update my 2 remaining servers and now samba isn't vulnerable to badlock.
