Error during SAP HANA installtion SPS11 on RHEL 6.6
Dear Team,
We have encountered below error while installing SAP HANA SPS11 revision 110 on RHEL 6.6 (VMWARE ESXi 6.0)
Kinldy suggest any hardware/OS dependency for the below error.
ERR : Installation failed
ERR : error installing
ERR : Cannot create Instance
ERR : Cannot create instance
ERR : Cannot create SecureStore
INFO: Switching to user id 1000 and group id 79.
INFO: Starting external program /usr/sap/SID/HDB00/exe/hdbnsutil
INFO: Command line is: /usr/sap/SID/HDB00/exe/hdbnsutil -createSecureStore
ERR : Program /usr/sap/SID/HDB00/exe/hdbnsutil terminated with error: signal 6

maybe you didn't have this problem up to know. But for all they are coming after me and they had the same issue. I had to prepare an upgrade scenario for a customer project from RHEL 6.6 to RHEL 7.2 and had the same issue during the preparation phase of installing HANA SPS 9 on RHEL 6.6. My server are installed via kickstart file and registered during post installation to a satellite server to get the latest patches and additional packages. At this point something was going wrong. The important packages are glibc-2.12 and nss-softokn-freebl mentioned at SAP note 2136965 where not updated. The installed version (default from the RHEL 6.6 DVD) will let your installation fail. Search at Red Hat Customer Portal for solutions 1236813.
After patching this two packages the installation run without any trouble.
