RHEL7 Subscription

Hello,

I received a Dell server with RHEL7 Installed on it from the factory. After some messing around, I did a fresh install. It will let me register, but it won't let me see my subscription or apply it. How can I fix this?

Edit: I got it resolved through the subscription management window.
