Attach subscriptions --- Active subscriptions

Latest response

Hello. I've been trying to attach subscriptions to my systems. I have premium subscriptions, and it shows at red hat customer portal that the subscriptions are active. But I can not attach these subscriptions. I have successfully registered the systems through the command line, but I can't list the subscriptions. says 'No available subscription pools to list'. I checked the the number of sockets for my systems --- its 2 sockets even for the subscriptions.

Please assist

what does subscription-manager list --available show you? Compare that to subscription-manager list --available --all

Hello,
I reviewed your account and saw there was a delay in availability but now everything should be available so that you can attach the subscriptions to your systems. Please let us know if there are still issues.

thank you very much. Apparently the issue was caused by the account not being synchronized. After the syncing, I was able to subscribe using the pool ID

The Red Hat Customer Portal really helped. I have about 27 systems running RHEL. I was wondering how I was going to manage to subscribed on every machine individually ! Luckily it can be done from the portal all at once.

It's great to hear the Portal has been helpful for you, thanks!

I am getting following error when I try to attach the subscriptions. subscription-manager list --available No available subscription pools to list subscription-manager list --available --all No available subscription pools to list

Hi Team, I subscribed for 30 Day Self-Supported Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform but for some reason it does not shows under my subscription using subscription-manager. How can I setup repos file in order to install OpenShift? Thanks, Rahul
