What is the Kernel version that supports INTEL's ICC & IFC Compilers.

Are these compilers included in RHEL 6.x or 7.x ? Is there any plan to add it in future version ?

Not sure if those compilers would ever make it into RHEL. This article by IBM may have some useful info. As noted there, you might also want to ask in their forum for more info.
