I've upgraded RAM and CPU on a virtual RHEL Server and I'm running iostat, vmstat and mstat for 24 hours on the hour to give me a baseline.

I'm wondering what others are doing when setting up a performance baseline.

Normally, one would simply use sadc/sar if seeking to do continuous monitoring to support baselining or other instrumentation tasks.
