Kickstart RHEL default template: private method `layout' called for nil:NilClass

We are trying to deploy Openstack with RHEL Openstack platform Installer. Installer is succesfully installed, added hosts through foreman discovery but provisioning the host fails with error: HTTP 500 internal Server Error, Failed to fetch kickstart from http:///unattended/provision?token=

We found that the problem is with provision template. When clicked 'review' of provision template it gives and error "There was an error rendering the Kickstart RHEL default template: private method `layout' called for nil:NilClass". We see that there is already a bug 1174381 filed for this.
Please suggest some solution for this issue.

I meet the same issue when we test RHOPS Juno code. Appreciate any solution for it

This issue related with kickstart_networking_setup snippet.
I have same issue with RHELOSP6 beta rhel-osp-installer.
In temporary, you can delete line - <%= snippet 'kickstart_networking_setup' %>.
but you cannot use network configuration in host deployment.
