how do you configure multipath in RHEL6 for active/active failure?

Please be sure to read the warnings regarding where the options go, and which files you should no longer use (you may find other docs that suggest using files which Red Hat no longer recommends).

Also: in case it is not obvious, you switch(es) need to be configured for LACP as well. You can review the current status by running:

cat /proc/net/bonding/bond0

Need to be a bit more specific in your request: are you talking IP network multipathing, SAN multipathing or were you looking for recommendations on how to do iSCSI multi-pathing?
