NC523SFP and NC526FLR (cLOM8214) ethtool string buffer overflow and corruption bug

Issue:
The HP NC523SFP and NC526FLR Server Adapters are affected by a bug that causes the system to panic when the sosreport or ethtool command is issued. Other platforms using the cLOM82XX qlogic NICs may be impacted as well.
