How do I setup a multicast Network Time Protocol (NTP) server?

These instructions will provide a setup with a multicast Network Time Protocol (NTP) server that broadcasts the NTP instead of waiting to be polled by a client. This setup is not considered a secure setup. For your security needs you should contact your security administrator.
