What alternatives do I have since the Tripwire package is not available in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3?

There is no tripwire package in my system. What can I use as an alternative?
Solution:
The Tripwire application was removed from Red Hat Enterpirse Linux 3 because of inactivity in the upstream development. The upstream project has not been active since 2001.
