Ansible Automation Platform Manifest/Subscription Generation

Since Tower 3.8 subscription entitlement for Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) has moved from license keys to RHSM manifests.

There are 3 methods to access AAP entitlement and load it into an AAP [Tower] instance.
