I am a VAT (Value Added Tax) exempt customer but I cannot enter in my VAT ID so that redhat.com will identify me as VAT exempt. What do I do to get VAT taken off of my order?

In order to have you VAT removed from an order, send an email Customer Service at customerservice@redhat.com with your VAT number, order number, and request that VAT be removed from your order. Alternatively, you can call Customer Service at 1-888-REDHAT-1 and have your VAT number and order number ready.
