Is there a gdb plug-in for Eclipse?

Eclipse platform supports gdb using the CDT plug-in for C/C++ development. The CDT makes use of the GDB that's installed on the host system and talks to GDB through MI. While there is debugging functionality within the CDT that uses GDB, there is no specific GDB plug-in. Any changes made to the system GDB will affect the GDB used for debugging within the CDT.
