What is a Remote Support Session and how do I join one?
A remote support session can be used to view and/or access a customer's computer to troubleshoot and allow collaboration between multiple support engineers on a technical support issue.
These remote sessions are used for diagnostic purposes to demonstrate an issue or gather data necessary to troubleshoot an issue, not for Red Hat support engineers to modify systems.
