Kernel tracing using eBPF

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.6 release enables the Extended Berkeley Packet Filter tool (eBPF) as a Technology Preview. The feature is provided only for the kernel tracing, other use cases of eBPF, such as networking, are not enabled in this release. Classic Berkeley Packet Filter available via setsockopt(SO_ATTACH_FILTER) is still available with no modifications.
