Where is the quorum partition in Red Hat Cluster Suite in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4?

Red Hat Cluster Suite (RHCS), as of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4, no longer requires a quorum partition. The configuration file is kept in /etc/cluster/cluster.conf. Every time a change is made to the configuration using system-config-cluster, the "Send to Cluster" button next to the filename should be selected. This will propagate the changes across the cluster.
