In RHEL-6.8, KVM guest will appear to hang when booting through tboot

KVM does not expose the CPU MSR_IA32_FEATURE_CONTROL register on KVM guests. Prior to tboot-1.8.3, this register was not accessed, so KVM guests were able to boot through a tboot kernel launch, even though tboot is not functional on KVM guests. In such cases, the tboot launch was a simple pass-through operation.
