Customer Portal Maintenance Outage: 29 Sept 2012 & 03 Oct 2012

UPDATE: The outage expected for 10/3 was canceled. All outages related to this upgrade are complete.

The Red Hat Customer Portal will be offline on two dates while an upgrade is performed: Saturday, 29 September (estimated 8 hours) and Wednesday, 3 October (estimated 4 hours). Outage times are longer than most system maintenance periods due to the complexity of the upgrade. We will continue to deliver and support critical business functions during these outages.

  • If today's date is between APRIL and OCTOBER, then we are in ET Eastern Daylight Time and the UTC time is -400.
  • If today's date is between NOVEMBER and MARCH then we are in ET Eastern Standard Time and the UTC time is -500.
