How can e2fsck repair partitions non-interactively?

You can use the -y
option with e2fsck
to fix or repair a system partition without asking each time to fix the inode:
e2fsck -y /dev/hda1
Where hda1 is the partition you would like to repair. hda1 is being used as an example in this article. You can use fdisk -l
to obtain a list of your partitions
