When I execute 'cat /proc/{pid}/status' what do the fields VmSize, VmLck, VmRSS, VmData, VmStk, VmExe, and VmLib mean?

The status fields mean the following:

  • VmSize:
    Virtual memory size
    This is the virtual memory usage of the entire process. It is the sum of VmLib, VmExe, VmData, and VmStk.
