Japanese Chat Support is now available

We are pleased to announce that Japanese Chat Support is now available. Chat Support is an online service that provides timely answers to customers' questions which have traditionally been addressed via phone and web support.

Chat Support can be used to answer a wide variety of questions, including those related to the following:
- Navigation and use of the Red Hat Customer Portal
- Red Hat Network (Note: To register systems, please call a Technical Support representative or open a case)
- Entitlements
- Life-cycles
- Extended support periods
- Non-technical questions about Red Hat products

Please continue to use phone and web support for technical questions and troubleshooting.
