使用up2date升级到Red Hat Enterprise 3 update 4之后，为什么会有错误：'Could not determine what version of Red Hat Linux you are running'？

现象：
在使用up2date执行了一次完整的系统升级之后，再执行up2date的时候就会有如下错误：
