httpd 404s a request with slash (%2f) or null byte (%00)
Issue

Redirect everything to specific path using mod_rewrite but doesn't work for URLs with
%2for%00, the Apache httpd returns 404 not foundRewriteRule ^/(.*) /sorry.html -
We try to proxy all requests, but a request with
%00is not proxied through:ProxyPass / http://localhost:8080/
