If updates are initiated, warn the user to cancel updates should they attempt to log out or shutdown the system
Issue
If a user logs out or performs a shutdown on a system then the updates as initiated through PackageKit applications within GNOME, then the update is halted. There should be a message to warn the user to allow the update to complete, or to cancel the update. This can avoid possible RPM database corruption.
