Apache can not start with the log "could not open mime types config file /etc/mime.types."
Issue
EWS(apache) can not start properly with error log like following
Configuration Failed
[Thu Jun 26 15:13:57 2014] [error] (2)No such file or directory: could not open mime types config file /etc/mime.types.
If related configuration line is commented out in httpd.conf, it just try to search another path for the file.
# TypesConfig describes where the mime.types file (or equivalent) is
# to be found.

#TypesConfig /etc/mime.types
