Apache HTTPD doesn't start due to missing mime types file
Issue

EWS(apache) can not start properly with error log like following
Configuration Failed [Thu Jun 26 15:13:57 2014] [error] (2)No such file or directory: could not open mime types config file /etc/mime.types.
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Web Server (JWS)
- 2.x
- Red Hat JBoss Core Services (JBCS)
- Apache httpd server 2.4.x
