logback.xml with JBoss Fuse

Issue

• We have a esb project jar in which we have placed logback.xml inside the jar.
  Here is the list of contents

esb-proj
   - logback.xml
   - META-INF
       - maven
       - spring
...

• The jar is build fine, but we are not unable to see the log file created anywhere in the specified path and the logs are still going to default fuse.log

• Can you please suggest what is the problem in the structure of the files or is there any external fuse config file that we need to change to load our custom logback.xml

• Is it possible to replace the default PAX-Logging with log4j with logback ?
