Unable to sync custom channels from ISS master?

Issue

• We have a customer which is running 2 redhat satellite 5 update 6 servers at two different geographic sites
• We have helped the customer with the ISS configuration but the process does not work as expected
• Only 3 out of 4 channels had been synced and when I try to sync the missing channel from the command line using satellite-sync , the error message states that the channel is unavailable
• More so , when I use the "--include-custom-channels" options , the custom channels are shown as "e"
