Why isn't the Bridge starting at boot in Red Hat Enterprise Linux?
Issue
- Bridge does not comes up after boot
- It comes up normally when using the
ifupcommand. -
During the boot, the following message is also seen when bringing up network interfaces:
Bringing up interface br0: Device br0 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
