About the vulnerabilities in openssh on RHEL5 and RHEL6

Issue

The openssh seems to have some vulnerabilities, will the patch about each version be offered?
When there is not an individual patch, we think whether it becomes the version up to a safe version, is it necessary to give it to which version?
