Why the IP address of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 guest is not visible in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager?

Issue

• Installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization cluster.
• The Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0 guest has qemu-guest-agent up and running , but can't see it's IP address in the RHEV management dashboard.
• The Output of systemctl status qemu-guest-agent.service is:

   qemu-guest-agent.service - QEMU Guest Agent
